Ole Miss Pro Day

65 reps from all 32 NFL teams were in attendance to watch the Ole Miss Rebels Pro Day and to catch a glimpse of OT Michael Oher in his natural habitat and for the first workout of DT Peria Jerry who was unable to test at the combine.

Michael Oher measured in a 6'5" and weighed in at 306 pounds, he improved his forty time immensely by running a 5.16, he also added a 31" vertical jump and 23 reps with 225, which is 2 more then what he did at the combine. He looked very good in his positional workouts, all the scouts agreed his footwork was impeccable and that he will no doubt be an asset to a team in pass blocking and he has all the talents required of a LT at the next level.

As for the remaining Rebels, here are their results courtesy of NFL.com:

DL Peria Jerry (6-1 7/8, 290 pounds) posted only one 40-yard dash time of 4.98. Jerry also recorded a 31-inch vertical jump, a 9-foot, 6-inch broad jump, 4.64 short shuttle, 7.30 three-cone drill and 28 bench press reps.

OL Maurice Miller (6-3, 325) ran a 5.39 and 5.38 in the 40-yard dash, which was an improvement over his time of 5.47 at the combine. He also posted a 31-inch vertical jump and 24 bench press lifts.

FB Jason Cook (5-11 3/8, 241) recorded a 4.72 and 4.71 in the 40-yard dash, a 33.5-inch vertical jump, a 4.38 short shuttle, 7.20 three-cone drill and 22 bench press reps.

WR Mike Wallace (6-0 1/2, 194) kept stood on all his numbers from the combine and did positional drills.

DB Jamarca Sanford (5-9 3/4, 209) ran a 4.46 and 4.43 in the 40-yard dash and a 7.22 in the three-cone drill.

Peria Jerry should be a 1st rounder, Mike Wallace and Jamarc Sanford are mid round prospects and everyone else is 7th round or UDFA.
