Indiana Pro Day

10 NFL reps showed up to watch a couple mid-level talents at the Indiana Pro Day. My personal favourite of the bunch is running back and kick returner Marcus Thigpen. Though he didn't run a blazing forty like I was hoping he seemed to test well and look good and considering his low mileage, versatility and home run hitting ability I think he is a mid to late second day selection for a team looking for a compliment back and a kick and punt returner.

Here are the results from the Indiana Pro Day courtesy of our buds at NFL.com:

WR Andrew Means (6-0 5/8, 213 pounds) got some attention with a blazing 4.36 in the 40, an impressive 6.89 in the three-cone drill and 18 bench press reps. He is currently in training camp for the MLB’s Cincinnati Reds.

KR/RB Marcus Thigpen (5-9, 185 pounds) ran a 4.47 and 4.48 in the 40, had a 35-inch vertical jump, a 10-foot, 6-inch broad jump, a 4.16 short shuttle, a 7.20 three-cone drill and 21 bench press reps of 225 pounds.

K Austin Starr (6-2 5/8, 201 pounds) participated only in position drills.
