This is the final post about the All Day Football Fantasy Guide to the 2009-2010 Season. Lastly, we've got the game changing Defense/Special Teams units. DEF/ST units can make or break a game, if your defensive team gets blown out, there is a possibility that you could be blown out. If your special teams unit however destroys the other team and scores mass amounts of points with DEF TDs and KR TDs then there is a good chance you could cake walk the week.
